A Management Assistant training brought me to Innovad at the beginning of 2000. I took care of the quality organisation for 15 years. Partly because of the company's growth and legislations that kept getting stricter, I followed a course for Prevention Advisor with the aim of correctly implementing the safety standards in the company. Gradually, and because of the continuous growth of the company, the entire HR process was also a big part of my task. As a result, the quality organisation was channeled to another colleague after fifteen years. The whole business and the variation in my job, contributes to the fact that I am still very passionate about my work and enjoy coming in every day.
